turn of not-so-recent press-related events, the winner of Black Label
Empire's "BLE iPod Giveaway" from 2004 has reported that the
iPod won during the 2004 contest has, reportedly, died of battery failure.
Black Label Empire customer support was unable to assist the winner of
the 2004 contest, as no member of the customer support team could acknowledge
there ever being an iPod Giveaway during their span of employment. -FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE- Black Label Empire

GiveAway." The contest is open to all persons that purchase at least
one item from http://www.blacklabelempire.com; upon purchase, that person

Internet. Future plans call for live broadcasts of BLE events and concerts,
as well as specialized broadcasts of unreleased recordings and outtakes
from BLE releases.

Sherry, along with their respective management, are in negotiations with
Black Label Empire's Events Department so that the summer tour can proceed
as planned.

An unintelligible note thought to describe loneliness and a desire for suicide was found next to a smoking bong. Doctors have said that the dosage of the marijuana would have been enough to "kill the most serious of addicts" and could be "nothing other than a suicide attempt." Gilley was a freshman at MTSU and was expected to complete a Biology degree. Services are to be
held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Hendersonville, TN
on Thursday at 2:00 PM.
-FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE- Black Label Empire announced today that it has terminated its Chief Video Director, Sonny Akers. The move happened as a result of some horrifying events that took place during a meeting at BLEs Nashville location. Apparently, Mr. Akers did not share the views of a certain BLE artist and sought to end the dispute by engaging in vicious, physical force. Moreover, a number of BLE employees was also injured during the attacks. A BLE spokesperson commented that Mr. Akers will never work with this company again, so long as Im on watch - If anyone sees Sonny you can tell him Im looking for him, and this time I wont try to take anything out, Ill just kill him [and] you can quote me. Mr. Akers could not

-FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE- Black Label Empire released its quarterly earnings today. Surprisingly, the young, independent label earned more than it had intended despite the fact that 2001 was a terrible year overall in the music business. A Black Label Empire

policy of allowing customers the chance to download all music first from
the Internet before they decide to make a purchase."
